What is a sublimated t-shirt? Sublimated t-shirts go through a different printing process than the traditional screen printed t-shirts. Sublimated t shirts leave a permanent, vivid image with a very soft feel to the hand. Whereas screen printing leaves the ink sitting on top of the shirt, the ink on sublimated shirts becomes part of the fabric.
