In order for MoonAtMidnight.com to provide you, our customers, with the greatest selection of styles, sizes and images, most of our items are made to order and therefore require an estimated five business days to ship from order date to ship date. Your order will ship directly from our fulfillment partners in Michigan. Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number to the email address you provided to us when you placed your order.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order only IF your order has not been processed. No order is deemed canceled until you receive an email from MoonAtMidnight.com confirming that your order has been canceled. If you attempt to cancel your order and it has already been processed, a return of such order would fall under the MoonAtMidnight.com Return Policy. See below.
MoonAtMidnight.com is required by law to collect sales tax on all orders shipped to the state of Connecticut. All other orders will not require collection of sales tax. It is up to you, the customer, to know and understand your state sales tax laws and how to submit payment of sales tax on items where sales tax was not collected.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that was damaged during shipping or is defective, please keep the item, do not alter it in any way and contact us at email@example.com and inform us of the type of damage or defect. Please do not ship the item back to us unless we request it returned. MoonAtMidnight will most likely require pictures emailed to us that shows the defect or damaged item so we can share this information with our manufacturers for quality control purposes. A replacement item will be shipped out immediately upon review and approval from management of the damaged or defective item pictures.
Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email notifying you of the shipping method and the tracking number. Please check your spam folder before calling for an order status update, as many of our emails end up there.
Our holiday return policy is this: If you place your order after November 15 you have until January 15 to return the product back to MoonAtMidnight.com no questions asked. You may exchange your gift for a different size, receive store credit, or we will refund the original credit card or PayPal account used to place the order. All standard fees (as stated below) apply.
Our standard return policy outside of this holiday time period is as follows: If, within 30 days of order receipt, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund. All returns must be in like new condition in its original packaging in order to qualify for a refund. If returns are received in used or damaged condition, no refund will be given.
If you decide to return a product that you had previously purchased, please package up your item carefully and include with your return the following information: Order Number, Name on order, and yhy you are returning the product.

MoonAtMidnight.com strongly recommends shipping your product back to us using a delivery method that generates a tracking number or delivery receipt. Please keep this number until your refund has been processed by us.
Once MoonAtMidnight.com receives your return, please expect up to two weeks to receive your refund or credit. Your return will be less any shipping charges incurred.
Your refund will be given as a credit to your original payment method. If you are returning a product that was given to you as a gift, you will receive in-store credit as your refund. If you are returning a product that was originally purchased using a gift certificate, you will receive in-store credit as your refund.
If there was an error in your shipment, or if you received a damaged or defective product, please call us within 10 days and we will send you the correct product or replacement product at no cost to you.
