Shipping Information

Please review the product description of the items you are ordering, since most items have a five business day lead time to ship.  This is an estimate only and could take longer.  Most orders will arrive between 2 to 4 business days from the date of shipment.  Your tracking number will be emailed to you at the time of shipment. 

Shipments are typically delivered via USPS (US Postal Service).  Larger, heavier packages may ship via UPS (with delivery days of Monday through Friday).  No signatures are required for all shipments sent via UPS and U.S. Postal Service.  It is in Moon At Midnight's sole discretion as to which carrier is used in any instance.

Delivery times may vary as orders may be shipped in more than on package and certain items could take up to 3 weeks for delivery. Item delivery times quoted are to metropolitan areas and shipments to remote locations may also take longer.  Prices and terms are subject to change without notice.

What are the shipping rates?
Contiguous U.S.:  For any order shipping to the contiguous 48 states that totals up to $25.00 shipping is $6.95, up to $75.00 it is $7.95 and over $75.00 is free standard shipping.  Additional fees will apply for all items shipped using expedited delivery methods and would have to be handled by calling our customer service line at 888-221-9941 inside the US and 860-216-9379 outside the US.

Outside the Contiguous U.S.: For any order shipping to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, or overseas, additional shipping charges will apply.  If you are interested in receiving a custom quote for an order shipping overseas, please send us an email to with a list of the items you are interested in purchasing along with your shipping address and we will email you a shipping quote and estimated date of arrival.

No shipping fees will be refunded to you if you choose to return your order.

What are the shipping delivery options available for my order?
Standard shipping for most items is via USPS (United States Post Office) for items up to five pounds.  For orders over five pounds, we ship UPS Ground.  Your tracking number will be emailed to you at the time of shipment.  If expedited shipping is required,  you will need to call our Customer Service number as additional charges will apply and will be based on shipping choice and US ship to location.  

Do you offer expedited shipping? Since most of our items are custom made especially for you, they involve up five business days to ship.  If you are interested in receiving a quote for expedited shipping, please note that selecting expedited delivery does not change the 5 business day lead time, it will only decrease the amount of time that your order will take to be delivered form them time it ships.

What do I do if my merchandise arrives broken or damaged from the carrier? If your order is broken or damaged, refuse delivery (if possible) or, at a minimum, note such damage on the delivery slip and call Customer Service at 1-888-221-9941. You must save all shipping and merchandise packaging, and pictures might be required.
